In 2013, we started as Aqua Greens, a small-scale aquaponic farm. We soon realized that by scaling up and including hydroponic technology, we could make more of an impact by mitigating some of the leafy greens imports from far away. By providing the freshest possible leafy greens grown locally in our state-of-the-art vertical indoor farm in Toronto, we are creating urban jobs while protecting resources and reducing environmental impact.
